Tove Lo listening event

1. General

  1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the details of and terms and conditions for Tove Lo’s (“Artist”) listening event on 23rd July 2026, at Warsaw, Brooklyn, New York (the “Event”) being organised by Pretty Swede Inc, with registered address 235 Park Ave South, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10003 (“Our”, “Us” and “We”).
  2. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. The Terms and Conditions set out how the Event will be run and rights granted to Us. By attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  3. These Terms and Conditions will serve as the applicable privacy policy, which governs how We may use the data We collect from you at the Event. Your personal data shall be used solely in accordance with the current data protection legislation and in accordance with section 3 of this document.

2. Requirements for Attending the Event

  1. To enter the Event, you agree to:
    1. comply with these Terms and Conditions; and
    2. be at least 21 years old.
  2. By attending the Event, you agree to surrender all mobile phones, cameras and other recording devices upon entry. Such devices will be securely held by Us and returned following the conclusion of the Event. The use of any recording device during the Event is strictly prohibited. Any attendee found using, attempting to use, or possessing an undisclosed recording device during the Event may be denied entry to, or removed from, the Event at Our sole discretion and without any right to compensation.

3. Privacy Notice

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded and grant Us, the Artist and their respective affiliates the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute and otherwise exploit your image, likeness and voice, in any media and for any purpose, including promotional, commercial and social media use, without compensation or further approval. If you do not wish to grant such consent to Us, please do not attend the event.

4. Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you for attending the Event. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall affect any statutory rights which you may be entitled to as a consumer.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish Law and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts with Stockholm District Court as court of first instance, meaning that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Terms and Conditions in Sweden or in the country in which you reside.
